      General training on Evangelism and Planting Churches

11:00 am    Process of Initiation of Churches

12:30 pm    Lunch (Conversation of Fairbanks with the key pastors)

1:30 pm    Listen to the experiences from the church planting pastors

                   in your State Convention.

To listen the experiences and visions from the Spanish pastors and leaders in PASJ in order to explore together the way to make the evangelism initiative GPS (GPS: God’s Plan for Sharing) most viable between the Hispanics.

2:30 pm    To elect the President of the fraternity of Hispanic Churches in PA/SJ.

In the end of the activity that will be the first that formally it reunites to Hispanic representatives of PASJ, we will have the presence and words of Dr. Stan Smith our State Teams Leader.

We hope that this Encounter with representatives of Hispanic Churches of Altoona, Erie, Easton, Harrisburg, Hatboro, Lancaster, Lebanon, Monroeville, New Britain, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Quakertown, and Vineland in addition to a Training become a great Celebration of Christian confraternity.

We wish to see not only your presence but also a significant representation of the leadership of your church.

BCPSJ Celebrated Quarterly Regional Team Meeting

Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania and Suth Jersey (BCP/SJ) celebrated the Quarterly Regional Team Meeting with the assistance of the State and Associational Staff.

Was an important time for the State and Regional leaders of BCP/SJ to be together and sharing the exciting things that happening across our Convention.  In addition, those two days was a critical time for working on our plans for the coming year.

In the activity where treated the topics: Ministry Coaching, Adult Learning Styles and Generational Dynamics, Discussion and simplification of “Big Rocks”.  Also Strategy: GPS Overview, Strategy Planning Process and Quarterly meeting schedule.
